Here is my bride on big plane about to go on an 8 hour plane ride.
Funky music, lots of people, moving around a little, foreign
languages. Feels like we're at Disney. We'll post as soon as we get
to the Motherland. If we can.

The Sheppard's have left the country.

We are off to Switzerland

Shelley and I are off to Switzerland. By noon tomorrow we will be in
the land of tall mountains and yummy chocolate. Thanks to all of you
who have been and continue to pray for us while we're gone. We will do
our best to post updated photos, posts, and video.

Stay tuned, we're just getting started.

3 days to liftoff

Shelley and I are leaving in 3 days for our overseas jaunt.  We will spend the first 5 days in Switzerland and then off to Nairobi, Kenya for 8 days.  Nothing like packing for the Swiss Alps and the Equator all in 1 carry-on.  It has been quite an experience so far.  We have discovered the generosity of the Body of Christ to be incredible, in money, time, and prayer.  We will be updating our family blog throughout our trip, so stay tuned.
